Create an international study abroad experience with CAPA!
CAPA International Education was founded in 1972. For nearly 40 years we have been partnering with US institutions of higher education to build quality, affordable customized faculty led programs.
With five program centers on three continents, CAPA offers faculty and administrators a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the students they teach.
With the help of CAPA’s program development consultants, you are sure to build the educational experience of a lifetime for your students and yourself.
Our strategically designed CAPA Learning Abroad Centers are unique because they have been designed specifically to host short term, summer and semester programs. Our classrooms, computers, offices and staff are only available for CAPA programs and students. This ensures each program has the necessary resources and services to achieve a successful, safe and productive experience abroad.
Our programs weave experiential and academic learning together with internships, co-curricular activities and methods of instruction; these create a total learning environment, ensuring every student gains the deeper contextual relevance before, during and after their study abroad experience.
After decades of achievement with faculty led customized programs, we have captured the best of our program models in the development of the CAPA Independent Enrollment Programs. These semester and summer programs are designed for individual students looking for a fully comprehensive, affordable program that challenges them both academically and personally.
CAPA currently have three programs open for independent students: London, Florence, and Sydney.
Over 50,000 students are alumni of the CAPA Organization. It is our belief that the experiences and lessons gained by your students on our programs will continue to bring new levels of curiosity and tolerance to the future generations of people they engage with. It is a profound responsibility, one that we consider carefully every day.
